We bought a Kia Sonet yesterday and overall experience of delivery was very pleasant. Entire team at Bhagirath did a great job and made our day special.

Had a good experience as we were promptly attended by Mr. Shahbaz Khan. He was soft spoken and patiently showed the vehicle that we were interested in and explained the features.

They have some serious issues with their sales team. They don't entertain you if you come here to buy vehicle and if you are alone. 😂 I actually wanted to buy seltos and i came in sleepers and they didn't event bothered to give me a good price. The quotation was given on pencil and paper. No negotiations, nothing. I finally took my seltos in July, from Shri KIA, great service and excellent customer support team. Check my review for Shri KIA. The deal was closed in ONE DAY. I have one suggestion for Sales team. Don't go with looks of anyone who enters in your showroom. Learn from metro cities. People don't want to showoff their money in ig cities. Everybody is rich, everybody is happy and they like to keep things low. Hope this helps.
