Overall best experience at this showroom specially they attend every customer very attentively.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID..... Poor customer care, careless attitude of sales team and totally unreliable service Most of the talk on delivery commitment and customer service proved to be mere lip service. Strongly recommend to find another Distributor. We made a booking in July for the car to be delivered in November. There was lot of miscommunication from the sales team. After 4 months of booking we had to cancel it as they failed in honoring the delivery commitment. Initially, the salesman told us that color can be decided later, and you can change it later. When we finally confirmed the color 1 month in advance, they said they cannot honor the delivery and we had to finally cancel the booking, due to poor customer service, false promises and lip service commitments as THEY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED
