Pathetic service, Pathetic customer support Do not consider them for your car wash

It's a scam because taken money in advance after than delivery partner not available... So refund in hoora credit... In advance take money than say delivery partner not available... It's happening with me 3 time.. so not pay in advance..

Worst experience. On the booking day, the cleaner didnt turn up. And only after we called up, we came to know that he couldn’t come due to illness and our booking very conveniently is pushed to tomorrow at 10.30am. Even at 11.30am, As expected, no one arrived as yet, and we are still waiting for the cleaner. Highly unprofessional!!

Pathetic service. I book d the service on 24 may 2026. Whole day waiting for the person. In app showed on the way. But person didn't come. In evening app showed that your service has been completed. Rate is😝😝

Despite having a confirmed booking, the service executive did not arrive on time, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, I attempted to contact the concerned person multiple times, but my calls were not answered. This lack of communication and delay in service is unacceptable.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with your car washing service. I had booked and prepaid for two washes, but on the scheduled date, no one showed up. There was no prior intimation or update on the app regarding the delay or cancellation. Two hours later, I received a call from customer care informing me that the service would be rescheduled. We mutually agreed on a new time, but after that call, there was no confirmation or follow-up, and the service was never rescheduled. After waiting for three days, I had to follow up myself, only to be told that the amount had been refunded in the form of Hoora coins. I did not consent to this mode of refund and am not interested in app-based credits. I would have expected a proper refund to the original payment method. I was also told that I would be charged 100 INR cancelation fee if I did not want the second service. This is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue, which makes the experience even more frustrating. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution is unacceptable. I will not be using your services again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service standards, for the sake of your other customers.

Fraud company, no one responds , they lured me by paying more price than market standard so I paid 1000, for first month , but the same month they cancelled most of the services which were low price saying all over India customers are experiencing this technical issue which means that customer would not get the money back and would need to book the sevice only. Also for second month , the app showed 4000 which is 4 times the price they initialled mentioned for a simple cash wash Don't ever fall for this company . Also their cleaners don't turn up Better get car wash from a local guy than this scam company

Your hoora service partner not connect with me and auto cancelled services it’s 4 th time happen very poor services gyss don’t take hoora services. They don’t value of our time they auto cancelled services after booking and not give u money back
