They have a recurring pattern of charging for services that were never completed and then refusing to provide actual cash refunds. Here are the specific issues I’ve faced: Unauthorized Auto-Renewals: They automatically booked services for my Volkswagen Polo without my consent and then demanded a ₹100 cancellation fee because I wasn't notified 24 hours in advance. Refund "Scam": Instead of refunding money to my bank account, they convert it into "Hoora Points". These points have strict expiration dates, meaning if you don't use them quickly, the company just keeps your money. I had ₹522 worth of value essentially stolen this way. Service No-Shows: On December 29th, a provider never showed up or called, yet I was still charged a fee. Property Damage: A previous ceramic coating service they provided actually damaged my car's paint. When you call customer support, representatives like Devang offer no flexibility and hide behind rigid policies designed to keep your money. Save yourself the headache and your money—stay away from this service.

1. booked service for 19 April, Service rendered on 20th April, 2 slot booked from 2 to 3 PM, provider came at 4, 3. One add on (cleaning tablet) not provided, 4. I stay in the heart of Gurgaon (just 2 km from Golf course road), yet I was charged long distance fee, 5. Overall not worth it
