I love HOORA car service. On time service with well behaved people who comes with all cleaning equipments. I recommended many people close to me. It’s more than 7-8months and I’m very happy with Hoora car wash services.
Illegal "Wallet-Only" Refund Policy – Violates RBI Guidelines! Review: Booked a door-step car wash for ₹550. They cancelled my booking citing "service partner unavailable" and forcibly credited the refund to their in-app wallet instead of my original payment mode (UPI/Card). Despite my repeated requests, their executive refused to reverse it, falsely claiming it's "company policy." This is a clear violation of RBI's mandate that failed transactions must be refunded via the original payment source. Forcibly locking customer money into a wallet is an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act. I have all the screenshots and am taking this to the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service and harassment. Shameful way to treat customers. Stay away!
Don't waste your time and money on these fraudsters. They just cancel your service without pre inform and credit the amount in Hoora points.
