Shree Maruti Courier Service Pvt. Ltd

My experience at the - 31 Dilip Singh Colony, Mari Mata Square, Maruti courier service branch was extremely disappointing. The person at this location was rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. When I asked about my courier status, he refused to respond properly, behaved arrogantly, and even shouted at me. Despite my patience, I received no help or updates from him. Such behavior is unacceptable and damages the company’s reputation. Customers deserve respect and transparency — I hope strict action is taken so others don’t face the same issue. Such behavior towards customers is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly request the company to take action against such staff so that no other customer has to go through this kind of experience.
