मैंने अपना कूरियर Marimata Square Maruti Courier से भेजा था, पर वहाँ के व्यक्ति का व्यवहार बहुत गलत था। उसने मदद करने की जगह बदतमीज़ी की और पार्सल की जानकारी देने से भी मना कर दिया। ऐसे लोगों पर भरोसा करना बेकार है — आपको बहुत परेशानी होगी।

मेरा अनुभव Marimata Square Maruti Courier Service के साथ बहुत ही खराब रहा। वहाँ के व्यक्ति का व्यवहार बेहद असभ्य और गैरज़िम्मेदाराना था। जब मैंने अपने पार्सल की डिलीवरी के बारे में पूछा, तो उसने ढंग से जवाब देने की बजाय बदतमीज़ी की, ऊँची आवाज़ में बात की और मदद करने से मना कर दिया। उनकी इस तरह की हरकत से मैं काफी परेशान हो गई थी और मेरा पार्सल कई दिनों तक अटका रहा। इस ब्रांच पर भरोसा करना बहुत बड़ी गलती होगी — कृपया यहाँ अपनी कूरियर सेवा न दें, वरना आपको पछताना पड़ेगा। कंपनी को ऐसे कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए जो ग्राहकों से इस तरह का बर्ताव करते हैं।

The worst courier service as well. The person thinks customer is stupid. Doesn’t know how to treat customers once the payment is done. He is never clear about his charges. Never trust him for charges , because at destination ,his tied up people will ask for money for no reason. Had connected with canadian border and they said no duty was charged. Worst experience ever. Overly rated and highly charged for no reason.
