इतना खराब कोरियर सर्विस है कि 7 दिन तक कोरियर नहीं आता अहि सरकारी स्पीड पोस्ट अच्छा है इनसे तो कभी भी बुक न करे इंदौर में तो

Very disappointed with this courier service. The receptionist is extremely rude while talking to customers, which makes the experience even worse. Their location is not properly updated on Google Maps, making it very difficult to find. They never answer phone calls, so there is no way to reach them for updates. Despite having a policy of doorstep delivery, they refused to deliver saying my location is “too far” — which is just an excuse. Totally unprofessional and unreliable service. Would not recommend at all.

Never ever try them ,very unprofessional people. They don’t pick up calls, and when they do, they talk with an attitude. My parcel took more than 12 days to reach from their city center to my house, which is hardly 5 km away. When I called them, they told me to come to their office to collect the parcel.

Very unprofessional people is there not have etiquette’s to talk with customer unable to deliver product in indore forcing to collect from office they don’t want to move from office .

I received a courier from ambala to Indore, but they do not deliver to silicon city, rau, pithampur etc regions. Thus I had to visit their office at silver point and collect parcel.

Very bad experience "I asked them to track my ID and tell me where it was. They replied, 'It doesn't happen that quickly: I had only asked where it was. Then they cut my call and said, 'Now you won't get your parcel. Do whatever you want. When I asked for their name, they refused to tell me that as well, even though they were a staff member."
