Some one booked one parcel for me through this courier.. to be honest this is the worst ever experience.. no one is picking call.. parcel not delivered at my address... Parcel reached the destination city office around 6-7 days ago, I am calling them continuously since that day but no one is responding.. no customer care number provided.. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services... I hope seeing this review you guys will think twice before choosing this courier service Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Worst experience ever... They didn't pickup the call nor providing order updates... Had to to travel 130+km just for pickup the order
Pathetic service, first they dont deliver at home address second they dont pick up calls... Now after 3 days they are saying its out for delivery
Worst courier company in India. The staff is totally unprofessional, rude and don't cooperate with the clients. They also deny service to deliver the parcel to the designated address after taking the courier. It is strongly suggested to not go to this courier company and save yourself from hassle.

After reading the reviews, I got to know they are doing this with everyone. I got a call to book porter then why are they taking it delivery parcel.
Worst service ever, receptionist is very rude, no proper location on Google maps, deny to doorstep delivery reasoning delivery location is too far, and they never recieve phone calls so there is no communication, very unprofessional work never go with this company's service.
Very bad service, no call even after 8 - 9 days, parcel is laying on the center, took parcel for 452005 and did not deliver saying you have to collect it from the center, they said shop wale ka issue hai, but why customer suffer for this? band krdo proper manage nhi kr sakte to
pathetic srvices ... always ask to pick up and never delivers, staff is very bad and use abusive language
