Antar sir behaviour is excellent. He is explained the product very well to us and also handled the booking and dispatch of our parcel properly.👍👍 …

I visited here today, firstly I did not find anyone in this office, after about 10-20 minutes someone came there with the name Antar Singh I had to book a shipment to Mumbai but your staff has absolutely no manners to talk. They completely ignored me, I did not get any answer to my question, no one gave me any information there, you people have absolutely no manners as to how to talk to a customer. The experience with DTDC is absolutely bad, no one cares about the customers, this way of doing business is not good at all.

had a very disappointing experience with DTDC Courier Service. My parcel was delayed for several days without any proper explanation. The tracking status remained unchanged for a long time, making it impossible to know where my package was. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they either didn't respond or provided generic answers that were of no help. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. I expected reliable service, but DTDC failed to deliver. I will not use this courier service again and cannot recommend it to others This was one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had. My shipment was not delivered within the promised timeframe, and there was no proactive update from DTDC. I had to repeatedly contact customer support just to get basic information, but no one provided a clear answer. The tracking system was inaccurate, and the overall service showed a complete lack of responsibility. If you value your time and want your parcel delivered safely and on time, I would suggest choosing another courier service. The had of menegar name is Antar Singh Rajput
