This has been the worst DHL Blue Dart experience I’ve ever had. They made me pay twice because of their internal payment failure, and falsely assured me that any excess amount would be refunded within 24 hours. It has now been almost a month, and the refund is still pending despite more than 20 follow-ups. Neither the staff nor customer care seems concerned about resolving the issue. Don’t be misled by the brand name — local courier services are far more reliable and accountable.
