Pathetic Service and worst coordination when you use to go for print anything, Saare employee na jane kis akad me rahte hai, mujhe to inhone 8rs ka ek visiting card diya hai aur jis main jagah uv embous karna tha wahan kiya hi nahi aur kaha yaha embous karne ka bola hi nahi gaya, Also there is major difference between what they shows and what they deliver... आपसे फुल पेमेंट पहले ही ले लिया जाता है ताकि बाद में इनकी बदमाशी के बाद आपके पास मटेरियल लेके जाने के अलावा कोई ऑप्शन न बचे। "छल से अर्जित धन नैतिक और आर्थिक दमन की ओर ले जाता है" -- राधे राधे।🙏

Low quality printing with high prices. The madam at reception quites a different price and actual post work price will be different. Complete fraud.

I agree with all 1 STAR reviews. Anyone visiting here, Please READ 1 STAR comments and then decide. Customer service is the lowest you can get here. Rude, arrogant, shouting, you name it, they have no customer respect or etiquette. Just because they are in market for long they don’t own anything or monopoly. Support other small or other stores rather than visiting this shop and feel disrespectful. Now, on to the printing services, they don’t even do basic services properly, looks like their motto is print in bulk regardless of quality. They ruined all the business cards by not cutting properly and when we said it’s done. They said you need to pay 240 extra for proper cutting. I can't thank Navin Photocopy, Vijay Nagar enough for helping me during one of the most stressful situations I faced. I urgently needed my educational marksheets for an important document process, but unfortunately all of them were laminated. Since getting duplicate marksheets would have taken around 15 days, I had no time to wait. My only option was to get the lamination removed, which is a very risky process. When I visited Navin Photocopy, they were completely transparent about the risks involved. They explained everything politely and honestly, made it clear that the final decision was mine, and assured me that they would handle every document with the utmost care and stop immediately if there was any sign of damage.
