Worst experience.... Arrogant staff....they didn't tell us about two type of bills they are providing.. With GST Or without... After competition of work they asked for that.... They didn't even hesitate to argue that everything is written outside of shop.... If you want to get worst experience then pls visit there

Worst service, they don't even care about customer who has came to the shop and they just ask to wait and there staff is not at the seat, i almost waited for 30 mins but no one came and I left without having my work done. So unsatisfied...

Let me tell you they are total fraud people I wanted 4 addhar copy which was costing 260rs cash but since I didn't have cash i have to pay through pay through Paytm/UPI but to my surprise they told me to pay 306rs because I am doing Paytm & they told me that there will be tax applicable. How is this fair if I am doing cash payment then it is 260rs but if I am paying by online transaction it is 306rs. This totally means they keeping black money & because doing online transaction means they have to pay tax they are simply taking it from the customer's. I urge @incometax to check this matter & also e-mailed them the same regarding the following matter. If possible I also want other people to report this matter to income tax department as to not let this type of business roam free by evading tax.

What kind of staff they are? Bad behaviour and treatment seems like they don’t want customers to come. A lady sitting there, she gave bill book to me to give on billing counter and give it return to her. And her attitude was on peak. Navin Photocopy Vijay Nagar, you need to seriously look into staff behaviour.

My experience in all branches of Indore is very bad. Very arrogant employees, they don't reply and behaviour is rude and makes you feel they don't require customers. I left the shop and did in other shops

I have visited today for the photocopy of two sets at Your Vijay Nagar Branch total bill amount is 452/- rupees which I want pay with Google pay so your employee asked me to pay pay 452+80 rupees for paying via gpay can you please explain this to me why 80 rupees extra charge when photocopy invoice is not generated and not asked by me for the GST invoice so why I can pay 80 rupees extra for online pay. Your employee told me pay cash so will not take 80 rupees extra so I need to know cash taken is not count in your income because according to your front desk employee if I pay from gpay so amount is credited in my account and I will charge 80 rupees extra.

Worst Staff ever!!! I visited the store for printing my Logo and Label, firstly they took almost half an hour to print my already designed Logo and Label. Secondly when they finally gave me the printed sheets, the colours were totally off from what I have given them. I told them that its does not look Like my design at all, but they were like its RGB design and they have some other printer. I don't understand that how in the World I would know that which printer they have and whether I should be telling them earlier. The worst part is that they still made me pay for it, absolutely worst people. The guy named Ankush Wadhwani on the counter was very rude.

Very rude behaviour me abhi recently visit kiya to yaha ek itna bekar banda betha he jo ek to apni ladies staff se rudely bat kr rha fir mujhe 1 ghanta wait karya or me jab mene apna bill book chapne ka kam bataya to bola design matter kahi se banwake lao mene bola alg ne apke yaha print krwa rha hu to ap hi banao na to bola itna time nhi he mere BAs ki tumare yahi kam kru Indore ki sabse bekar photocopy he naveen photocopy…….

😡😡😤Inhone mujhe per page ka 2 rupee printout btaya and after prints unhone apni bat badal kr 2 rupee per side boldia Mujhe 58 pages ke 232 rupee dene pade.. Such an robbery behaviour man Loot rha hai Worst experience Geeta bhawan jao 90 paise me ek side nikal kr dege woh 😡
