Gravity Infotech

They visit only at installation time. There is no after installation service by the company. So spend your hard earned money wisely. As there won’t be any help if your machine stops working

Don't buy anything from this man, he will sell you product and for services he don't have staff. Shadab has no professional approach for his work and even don't pick phone from my number, if I call from another number for service issue in security camera installed at my home, he just cut the call in between without listening and now not picking up phones now. I will expose your ratings here which you might got from your friends and families. I got trapped just because of the ratings on google but I think most of them are fake. I given you more than 15 days time but you didn't do anything to fix the issue. Your installed hicksvision camera is not working and I wanted to avail the warranty but you being rude and not picking the phone. I will make sure that if nobody gonna help me for warranty I will go to consumer court and drag you there. For others I will suggest if you want security camera for your loved once safety then it should be in working condition for 24×7 but with this kind of service your place is not secured. Don't buy anything from this I will suggest you go to any shop availabke in market analyze the whole scenario then make your call on buying things like security camera which is a vital need for you.

Customer response bohot rude hai... Aisa lag raha hai jaise business hi nahi karna...

I have been installing CCTV systems for many years. These systems are easier than almost any I've used and their tech support is among the best I've experienced. The process to remote view is simple and straight forward it you're technically inclined. If you struggle with tech they are a phone call away and always friendly customer service.
