Rude behavior, non polite.
My work done urgently on request within hours and professional attitude of Engineer. More thn satisfied with Gravity infotech.
Third class service. Single star dene k layak bhi nhi h iski service 15 din me Camre kharab ho gae or uske bad dekhne bhi nhi aaya or service ki bat kari to bahane bana kr phone no. Bhi block list me dal deta hai. Office humesha hu band rhta hai ladke bethe rahte h or service ka bolo to hume pata nhi hai yh bolte hai. ❌❌❌❌👎👎👎
Gravity Infotech delivered outstanding service. Team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. I recommend them for excellent CCTV installations.
Third class services. Arrogent no business manners. Any SHADAB is there, services are very bad. Not recommended to anybody. SERVICE AFTER SALES IS ZERO.GRAVITY INFOTECH services are worst. Take action at SHADAB if you want to recover your goodwill.
❌❌❌ sbhi se nivedan h kripya karke gravity infotech se to camre ka ya koi bhi kam mat karwaega isse lagane se bahtar hai nhi lagana yh to single star ki service k bhi layak nhi hai phone nhi uthana rply nhi dena nakli mall lagana sirf 20 din m camra kharab ho gya or usko sudharne nhi aaya abhi tk ka koi response deta hai phone lagao to uthata koi nhi hai or office par koi nhi milta hai lagate waqt badi badi bate krte hai or bad me service nhi deta h
Worst experience with this company, they don't respond in time and are never available over call. The whole purpose gets lost foe installing cctv and it stops working at any point of time. These guys don't take ownership and have Audacity of saying change the cctv after taking the whole fee. Shadab and Faheen, i am still waiting for your call back.
