My experience with Computer Shoppe has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying an advance for an SSD, they got the wrong model. This mistake reflects poorly on their attention to detail and quality control processes. Furthermore, their advertised business hours on Google are inaccurate. I made the trip on a Sunday based on their listed hours, only to find the shop closed without any explanation or notice. This lack of reliability and transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend Computer Shoppe based on my experience. Their inability to fulfill orders correctly and provide accurate information about their operating hours is frustrating and unprofessional. Look elsewhere for your SSD needs.

आज से 2 साल पहले मैने अपना 64000 का लैपटॉप लिया था। फोटो भी क्लिक करवाया था उस टाइम। वहां पर जो भैया थे जिन्होंने हमे वो लैपटॉप सेल किया था उन्होंने कहा था के वारंटी खत्म होने के बाद भी कभी प्रोब्लेम आए तो आजाना हम आपकी मदद करेंगे और जो भी सर्विस चार्ज रहेगा आपको बता दिया जाएगा। जिससे मुझे कभी कोई आपपति नहीं थी। पिछले शनिवार (15/02/2025) को में इनकी शॉप पर वापस गया क्योंकि लैपटॉप के कीबोर्ड में प्रोब्लेम आने लग गई थी। शॉप पर जो थे उन्होंने कहा के पास वाली बिल्डिंग में हमारा सर्विस सेंटर है आप वहां जाओ वह काम होगा। कोई बात नहीं चले गए हम। वहां गए तो जो भैया वहां थे वो बाहर आने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहे थे... दिख रहा था के मोबाइल पे लगे हुए थे। जब बुलाया तो नाराज हो गए और जब बाहर आए और लैपटॉप देखा तो बोले सर्विस सेंटर चले जाओ। तो इस शॉप के owner से request है मेरी के आपके स्टाफ के लोग कहूं या आपके पहचान के लोग कहूं आपके कस्टमर्स को घटिया तरीके से ट्रीट कर रहे है। मेरे घर में आपके वहां से 3 लैपटॉप आए है और जब आपके सहयोग की जरूरत लगी तो आपके स्टाफ ने औकात दिखा दी। इस व्यवहार के बाद तो में आपकी शॉप पे ना कभी आऊंगा ना ही कभी किसी को suggest करूंगा।
