Absolute scam!! I built a PC 3 years ago i asked them to give me the boxes of the part but the SSD was of AMTEX and the SSD box was of western digital. They gave the wrong box and applied the wrong ssd. PC was also not assemebled in front of me and they forcefully ask the customers to give them a 5 star review. Pls avoid their shop pure scammers 👎🏻

I recently visited Computer shoppe for some computer repairs, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my computer, and their pricing was fair. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service.

You'll be treated well only till the time of purchase. Don't be surprises if they treat you bad if you have any issue in your machine later on. You really need to suffer alot to get things fix by them on time.. The staff will ignore you and can treat you like you are expecting something for free and ignore your phone calls to. If you have requested for replacement they'll keep the machine atleast 5_6 days in there shop only nd then will process ahead to service centre. Most expensive ( formatting charges 400😒) and horrible service ive seen.. I think you should treat nd give same service as same as you have given at the time of purchase as we are paying lakhs not only for machine but services to..
