Day-by-day my dissatisfaction with Tata in general and Croma in particular. The service staff at stores seems to be working very independently, without any supervison and orientation of what needs to be done and how to do it. Really heartning to see the value reciprocated at a store under TATA flagship. Even the quality of my last 2 purchase was very inferior, but even that is understandable as the price was competitive, but the behaviour offered by the staff and store manager was hopeless.

The store is nice. Good ambience, courteous staff. Executive Hema is knowledgeable about the product ( Sony LED) and could explain well. We bought the TV.
