Croma - New Palasia

Very bad service purchase new AC and Fitting charge pay already and also pay extra 1500 and i am not Satisfaction coroma

Majority of the reviews are kinda forcefully initiated by the working staff here, insisting visiting customers to rate 5 for sake of incentives and all, a very less number of articles are available and staff works in humdrum. It is what it is !!

I had bought HP printer from here in October 2023 with one year warranty and the sales person told me to change the warranty to 2 years, which I got done but before October 24, the warranty was declared expired because the team here has only sold the printer and does not know what service is, neither the actual warranty date was updated nor the extended warranty date and when I went and complained, I was told that it will take 4 days. Now I should either buy another printer or close my office for 4 days.

Product is good but staff is not proper response I was call 10 to 15 time but staff is responding only 1 time and wrong commitment also very bad experience......

My experience was quite well, the staff is really kind and helping. they provide really good service

Great experience! The staff was very helpful especially that lady idk her name but she was very helpful and kind. She helped me to choose from a vast range of laptops. Overall very very satisfied with Croma.
