Do not buy from Lotus Electronics. They only care about the sale; after that, your relationship with them is over. I had a refrigerator delivered more than four days ago, and despite multiple calls, no technician has come for the installation. Their customer care is terrible. They are unhelpful and unprofessional. When you call, you either get a poor response or are brushed off completely. On top of the nonexistent service, they also make false promises about gifts and vouchers during the sale. They first offer them to close the deal, but then the staff claims they don't provide them, or other staff members will say they've already given them to you—even when they haven't. This is deceptive and unacceptable behavior. Overall, this is a trash experience and a total waste of money. Buyer beware.
