Prompt and great service. Good collection. Ms. Gayatri has been a thorough and helpful professional.

Very nice articulation of features and benefits of the products purchased, very good experience

Had a very good experience. Being a regular customer with Lotus, am very satisfied with the well cooperative and polite staff while showcasing the products with proper explanation. But the real pain comes after that..... delivery services are very slow, they do not stick on their commitment. Even after multiple calls, the situation was same. After delivery, they committed to have someone from the company within 2 hours to complete the setup and installments. After 4 hours when we took the follow up, they were clueless and then they initiated request with company for installments and setup.

Good Atmosphere for buying all gedets and rosonalble prices

Awesome service Regular costumer 😘 …
