Had a good experience at Reliance Digital. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the product quality was excellent. However, the range of products available was somewhat limited compared to what I would expect from a large store. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the service provided.

This rating is for the policies and pricing of reliance. I bought an AC and it was told that installation is to be paid in advance. (First issue). Rather than asking to handover to transport they suggested we will arrange direct delivery to the town (Second issue). They don't have any control on the third party delivery company and for 200 kms it took 8 days to deliver. The delivery person held the product in local town for two days stating he is not having vehicle to deliver. Finally I have to arrange the pickup from his godown. Next cones installation, their installation request is not taken seriously by company and even I have got a call from ResQ (Reliance team) that we have recieved a request that you don't want installation. I thought how should I express id after buying an AC but not installing. I lodged a installation request directly to LG company and the staff came for installation. There was no sync with the already paid installation and they guy asked for the charges. Finally after asking the reliance sales team I have to make double payment for installation, after the confirmation from reliance staff about the refund. (Till writing the review it's only confirmation) The staff is good and respond to the call. My issue is with the policies and pricing. Before buying anything from Reliance Digital think thrice as I am a level 6 contributor owing to my honest and regular reviews.
