I had a very disappointing experience at this Reliance Digital store. On 6th July, I purchased two iPhones and exchanged two of my existing phones. One was an iPhone 14, and the other was a Samsung Galaxy S25. Since the exchange value shown in the app was lower, Mr. Mukul Gangwani assured me that the Samsung phone would be collected the next day and that I would receive an official Reliance Digital receipt mentioning the IMEI number and the agreed purchase value of ₹37,000. Today is 24th July, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received the receipt. Every time I contact the store, I get excuses instead of a resolution. Even the Store Manager, Mr. Suraj Mishra, has been uncooperative and has shown no interest in resolving the issue. It is shocking that after purchasing two premium iPhones from Reliance Digital, I have to repeatedly chase the store for a basic document that was promised at the time of the transaction. This level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better service from a reputed brand like Reliance Digital, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. I would strongly advise customers to ensure they receive every document and written confirmation before handing over their devices. I am now left with no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the consumer forum if it is not resolved immediately. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

I had a disappointing experience with this purchase. The product prices are already 10–15% higher than the market, and on top of that, the sales representative, Brijesh Agarwal, clearly mentioned that all charges were included in the bill and no extra payment would be required. However, during installation, the service team demanded additional charges, which was completely unexpected and unprofessional. This kind of miscommunication is not acceptable, especially when customers are already paying a premium price. I strongly suggest improving transparency in pricing and ensuring proper coordination between sales and installation teams to avoid misleading customers.
