Please don't buy anything from this store. There ResQ service for which they charge is absolutely rubbish. My complaints for AC is not resolved from last 17 days... To the store authorities, DONT CHARGE, if you can't service!!!!

Purchase 3 ac from there . One of lloyd and 2 of blue star. After installation some grinding type of noise was coming from outer unit of lloyd ac. So I called the ResQ team. Initially they told lloyd will take care of it u have to call lloyd team. So I. Called the sales person who told me that Resq will take care till for first 3 month after that brand will take care of service. Sales person arranged the call for my Lloyd ac after so much of efforts. I also have to go to reliance store for this. Service person told this is lloyd Ac, it's a poor quality AC . This is the normal sound of outer unit. I insisted him to do file complaint bcoz it not looks normal sound. Now neither reliance person taking interest in this nor service person picking the phone. Very poor post sales service of reliance. Don't purchase anything from there, u will also be in trouble in post sales service issue.

Very poor experience with Reliance Digital, AB Road Indore, and Lloyd 2 Ton AC. Purchased a brand-new Lloyd 2 Ton AC on 28th April and got it installed on 1st May. Shockingly, the AC stopped working on 11th May itself — hardly after 10 days of usage. After multiple complaints and follow-ups, I was informed that the fan motor needs replacement, but the part is not available in stock.still they said wait till 25th May. If a brand-new AC starts requiring part replacement within days, the outer unit should be replaced entirely instead of making the customer wait endlessly during peak summer. By the time the issue gets resolved, May will already be over — then what is the point of purchasing a new AC? Despite repeated complaints, neither Reliance Digital nor Lloyd is taking ownership or providing a proper resolution. Extremely disappointing after-sales service and customer support. Would not recommend at all.
