Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Clinic

I visited Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Centre for a sonography and clearly informed the reception that I wanted the procedure to be done *only by a female doctor*. The nurse at the nursing station also confirmed this and told me that it would take *40 minutes* as the female doctor was on the way. However, even after waiting for 1.5 hours, when I was called for the sonography, a *male doctor* was present in the room. When I refused, within 5–7 minutes they called a female doctor from the MRI room to complete the sonography. This shows complete mismanagement and irresponsible behaviour. After that, they told me the report would take 40 minutes, so I waited. During this time, I asked *four times* whether the report was ready, and each time they only said “it is taking time.” No one informed me that the report had to be collected from *Counter No. 9, Only after waiting another 1.5 hours, I was told that the report was available at Counter No. 9. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Despite charging ₹300–₹500 more than the market rate, the service quality and behaviour were extremely disappointing. Patients come here with trust, but such mismanagement and careless attitude cause great discomfort.

had a great experience at Sodani Diagnostic Centre. The staff was very polite and cooperative, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The reports were accurate and delivered on time. The cleanliness and hygiene of the center were also impressive. Overall, a very professional and trustworthy diagnostic service — highly recommended!

Sodani Diagnostic Clinic patients ko wrong reports deta hai. Mere case me bilkul healthy kidney ko damaged bataya gaya, jabki baad me reports aur doctor se confirm hua ki kidney bilkul theek hai. Is galat report ki wajah se mujhe aur meri family ko bahut zyada tension aur mental stress hua. Is matter ko lekar maine NABH me bhi complaint ki hai aur Consumer Court me case bhi file kar diya hai. Main strongly recommend karta hoon ki log yahan jaane se pehle bahut soch samajh kar decision lein.

Corporate department is very helpful and agile. I visited to get IME AUSTRALIA check done. It was smooth and quick. The staff is super helpful and polite.
