I had a decent experience at this diagnostic centre. The place is well-maintained and the staff is professional. Sample collection was smooth and handled properly, which I really appreciate. However, the main drawback is the delay in getting reports. They are not able to provide an accurate time for report delivery, which can be inconvenient, especially when reports are urgently needed.

No female radiologist was available for female patients. Only male radiologists were available. When we called, we even asked whether a female radiologist was available, and they said there was one. However, after billing, they said only a male radiologist was available.
