Location : Located on the main road connecting Tilak Nagar Sabji Mandi with Bengali square , commonly known as 'Samvid Nagar Main Road ' The store doesn't has a dedicated parking, during heavy traffic scenario you may find it difficult to park infront of the clinic . Located opposite to Tilak Nagar Mosque or Patil Hardware store . Review : This clinic has multiple doctors mentioned as staff , i have not yet visited the clinic but since it looks pretty nice and there are not much veterinary clinics in the vicinity it would cover a large area . As of now , Dr Nanavati is the best veterinary doctor in the vicinity. Let us see how good treatment this clinic provide. All the best .

Had a wonderful experience at Panacea pet shop. Vikas ji is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about pets. Highly satisfied and will definitely visit again.

Little expensive but have cure for all the Vet issues. The image is of my Dog Groot, he got bitten by some creature and was badly in pain. So we rushed at 10 PM and got all the necessary medical help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at the pet shop on Kanadia Road in Indore was mostly positive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop had a decent variety of pet supplies. However, I did notice that some of the items were a bit overpriced compared to other shops in the area. Despite this, I appreciated the cleanliness of the store and the care they showed towards the animals. Overall, it's a good place to visit for your pet's needs, but be mindful of the prices.

I am filing this review to highlight serious negligence and unprofessional conduct at this clinic.. which led to the LOSS OF MY CAT!! At the time of our first visit..my cat was not critically ill...Despite this..she was administered multiple injections and IV fluids over consecutive days without proper explanation, consent or clarity regarding the treatment plan...Her condition deteriorated instead of improving and she was in visible distress during procedures. During a medical emergency..the staff demonstrated a complete lack of preparedness—they were unable to operate the oxygen cylinder in time and no qualified doctor was available when urgently needed. The overall response reflected gross negligence, lack of urgency, and inadequate training. Due to this failure in duty of care, my cat passed away. I strongly advise other pet owners to exercise extreme caution. This matter deserves serious attention and accountability.

When we first visited, my cat was not critically ill—she had mild symptoms like cold, fever and reduced appetite..but she was still active and playful. However..over the next few days..the staff kept administering multiple injections and IV fluids without clearly explaining the treatment or the necessity behind it... As the days passed, her condition visibly worsened. She was in extreme pain during the injections, crying and struggling, yet we were repeatedly told that everything being done was necessary...There was no proper communication, no reassurance and no transparency about her actual condition. The most horrifying moment came when her condition suddenly deteriorated...During this emergency, the staff showed a shocking lack of urgency and preparedness. They were unable to even operate the oxygen cylinder properly when my cat desperately needed it. One staff member was even seen smiling during this critical time, which felt extremely insensitive and unprofessional. There were no doctors available when we needed immediate help the most...The entire situation reflected carelessness, lack of training and complete disregard for the seriousness of the situation. Because of their negligence, lack of urgency and improper handling, my cat passed away... I trusted this clinic with my pet’s life and that trust was completely broken. No pet owner should ever have to go through such a traumatic and painful experience. I STRONGLY URGE OTHERS TO BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS BEFORE TRUSTING THIS CLINIC WITH THEIR BELOVED BABIES.

Every question we asked was brushed aside with vague, irresponsible assurances. Her condition didn’t improve it consistently worsened under their care. She was in visible pain, crying and struggling during treatments, and yet the staff showed a disturbing lack of empathy, concern, or accountability. It felt like blind experimentation rather than medical treatment. The situation turned catastrophic during an emergency. At the exact moment when urgency, skill, and professionalism were required, the clinic completely failed. The staff did not even know how to properly operate the oxygen cylinder when my cat was fighting for her life. There was no qualified doctor available at a critical time. This level of incompetence is not just shocking—it is dangerous. Even more disturbing was the behavior of the staff during this crisis. There was a complete lack of seriousness, urgency, and basic humanity. It was clear that my pet’s life was not being treated with the importance it deserved. This was not bad luck. This was gross negligence, lack of training, and complete failure of duty of care. Because of their carelessness and incompetence, my cat lost her life. Let that sink in a life was lost under their supervision that could have been saved with proper medical attention. I trusted this clinic, and that trust was completely destroyed.
