PANACEA PET CLINIC AND PET SHOP

Doctors are extremely busy to be available on whatsapp or a call. It's been 3 days since I messaged the doctor about my pet bird's condition. But neither received a text reply nor a call. Upon being called, they hang up. No proper knowledge for avian care. I recommend, never ever visit this clinic.

Very bad experience, they have not taken our turtle's critical condition seriously, they could not diagnosed and understand the disease, just gave n injection and medicine of liver tonic.evety time they say active hei, only temperature variation hein. Took very lineantly. Jabki humara turtle serious tha. Dusre doctor ko dikhaya usne infection ki seriousness ko samajh ke proper antibiotic fluid sab diya.

Its been more than a month now, Panacea team is treating our furry boy, Muffin. Muffin been through a lot, there was a time when we were loosing hope, but Dr Ravi and Dr Kuldeep were optimistic all the time. Muffin is improving now, and the credit goes to the Panacea team. The team here is so cheerful, helpful, supportive and is available 24x7. Thank you once again and keeping saving our loved. Much love from Muffin as well.

My street kitten was not well and its one leg was injured. She was not able to walk properly. I called the docter. And withing 2 3 hours i received a home service. Also for kitten's dressing the panacea staff was always on time without any delay. They under really understand animals, time, and your importance.

I have tried a lot of vets here in Indore but only this pet shop is where I am comfortable at. Not just me and my husband but including my dog, Juggy. They not only treat him well but they are available whenever we need them. Whatever we ask, they patiently answer us. And they go to your home! For both grooming and consultation! Kudos to Dr. Ravi and Dr. Kuldeep!

Dr. Kuldeep Singh is very good doctor and kind at heart. Gives maximum time to hear pet parents views. His clinical diagnosis is very sharp. Most of the times he avoids surgery and does not do unnecessary surgeries. And, after treatment, he himself calls the pet parents and follow up their condition, which is a rare quality we see in doctors nowadays. Thank you sir for treating my pet.
