All the stars goes to Dr. Shweta. She is really a great person. The staff is helpful as well. It's simply like as much efforts are added by the staff people generally take them for granted. There is sonography, x ray and even pathology lab inbuilt at the place and all the test are affordable. Doctors are absolutely down to earth. Further, mutual understanding is the key forever. Anyone who reads this review I'd suggest please don't panic while seeking the treatment, they are doctors trying the best they can but not the almighty. Further, don't hesitate to ask for anything you want to know about.
Dr Tiwari,Dr Tripathi and their staff is awesome.Thank you for providing an awesome service. The doctors are not only very experienced and knowledgeable but also very empathetic.Finding this level of service at a government veterinary hospital was surprising and heart warming for me.Heartfelt thanks for all sincere and hardworking doctors and staff.

Today, while searching for a tick comb for my dog online, I remembered an incident that happened to me because of ticks. My dog is now over four years old, but this incident took place when he was barely a year old or even younger. At that time, I was frequently visiting the government animal hospital for vaccinations and check-ups, as it’s a crucial phase in a dog's early life. During my visits, I noticed something very concerning—the doctors, including a female doctor I encountered, refused to touch the animals, even vaccinated ones. This wasn’t just her; none of the doctors there would touch the animals. I wondered, how are they supposed to diagnose a pet's problem without even examining them properly? In contrast, private veterinarians wear gloves and thoroughly check the pet to identify the issue. Yes, they charge money, but at least they provide proper care and solutions. One particular experience made me stop going to that hospital entirely. The female doctor I mentioned earlier asked me to buy a vacc. Products from a specific medical store. There were two stores—a big one and a small one. She specifically told me to buy it from the smaller store. When I returned and she checked the items, she casually asked if I had purchased them from that store. I honestly said no, thinking it was just a normal question. But as soon as I said that, her behavior changed completely. She got irritated and snapped, saying, "Whatever, I don’t care. Buy it from wherever you want." Then she checked my dog’s vaccination card, and suddenly, she threw it on the floor and angrily said, "Are you even educated? Don’t you know vaccinations are supposed to be given on time?" At that moment, I was confused and thought maybe I had actually forgotten a vaccination. Since I was a first-time pet parent, I assumed she must be right. So, I bought the vaccination she insisted on. But later, as my dog grew and I learned more about vaccination schedules, I realized that I had never missed a single dose. The problem was never with me—it was with her. I strongly believe she had some kind of connection with that small store and was taking a commission from them. Her frustration wasn’t about my dog’s vaccination; it was because she wasn’t getting her cut when I bought it from somewhere else. This wasn’t just a one-time incident. On another visit, I overheard her having the same argument with another pet parent. That confirmed my suspicion, but I didn’t interfere. Another incident further proved to me that this hospital is not worth trusting. One day, my dog was unable to walk properly. I took him to the hospital, and as usual, the doctors didn’t even touch him. They just asked me to place him on the floor, took a quick look, and prescribed some medicine. That’s it—no examination, no tests, nothing! I thought, What the hell? But again, I trusted them because they are supposed to be professionals. I started the medication they prescribed, but my dog’s condition got worse. He reached a point where he couldn’t even stand, and he pissed while sleeping. Since he was still a puppy, I panicked and rushed him back to the hospital. I was crying and pleading for them to properly check him, but all they said was, "Just continue the medication." I knew something was seriously wrong, so I insisted on getting an X-ray done. At first, they said there was no need, but I was adamant. They finally agreed but made it clear that they weren’t recommending it. I didn’t care—I just wanted to know what was wrong with my dog. They took ₹200 from me for the X-ray and then told me their machine wasn’t working properly. Instead of giving me the X-ray result, they said they would send the report to my WhatsApp number. I waited, but they never sent anything. That’s when I realized this hospital was complete bullshit. After that, I stopped going there forever. There’s another incident I could mention, but I think these two are enough for you to decide whether you should visit this hospital or not. I strongly suggest finding another government hospital or, a private clinic.
Well behaving staff and effective treatment at a very reasonable price. You can visit for your personal pet aur community Animal. They have X- ray machine. Can take time on Monday, avoid Monday
Excellent behaviour of the head doctor she was very calm sweet and listen all the problems and gives best suggestions. Also she take only 20rs for the pets prescription which is very less doesn't feel like it's govt hospital
Very helpfull hospital. Meet our all expectations And doctors And attendees Are very helpfull people. Only 20 rs fees they charged And gives guidence And treatment which was so good. My pet is good now. I am very much Thankyou for this cherity.
Bhut hi jayada bikar doctor hai , itna rudely baat karte hai badtameezi se , Aur meri cat ki tabiyat bahut kharab thi aur doctor ne usko dheka bhi nhi, Even touch tak nhi karte aur bus medicine likh kar dedi, I never recommended this hospital to anyone to go.
Good for pets.(Don't expect anything like a private hospital) Experienced Doctors(Vet). Affordable as well. Just be cautious for 'self hygiene' for your lovely pal(pet).
