One of the worst diagnostic centre in Indore, there's no responsible staff in this centre. I suggest you all that please don't visit in this diagnostic centre. Worst experience ever. Whenever I visited in the centre, always make an excuses that dr. Isn't available waiting period is too long, staff are also very egoistic. This is the best example of "NAAM BADE DARSHAN KHOTE"

Kindly introduce either queue management system, or token machine..People jump the queue despite request by your staff. Thanks

All the test were carried out well. Jyoti Mam and Divya Mam assisted very well. Good supportive staff. Dr is also responsible and supportive.

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived and asked the staff when my turn would come—they told me ‘5 minutes.’ However, I’ve now been waiting for 1.5 hours, with no clear response. Meanwhile, I noticed that people who seem to have inside connections are taken in first. Every time I follow up, I’m given the same ‘just 5 more minutes’ excuse. This kind of mismanagement and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Would never recommend a visit to Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Clinic!

The best services ever.. i used till now. I was go there for the first aid after my accident and they completed did my first aid very gently and politely and in priority. The best facility ever.

Extremely worst experience........... Don't go there I came to test of my baby for CBC And CRP test but, there were no experience person available to take samples, they tried twice to take samples but they are failed to take samples and then said come tomorrow again one of experience member will be available to take samples......Worst experience..... wasting of time....they hurting my baby....
