The staff lacks coordination and are themselves not sure in terms of the coverage of the tests. They request to come for the next days to comply with the test coverage and suddenly impose charges on the next day. Not sure what they are upto.

Worst experience,visited sodani diagnostic vijay nagar for my growth scan after waiting for 2 hours they did my growth scan in which my amonitic fluid is 7.6 cm which is very low according rhe normal range. Our dr. suggested us to do this scan again. We went to bhandari hospital for the growth scan in there reports the fluid is 16 cm which is far better than the avg range. When we confronted the dr. at sodani diagnostic who did my scan, she was making illogical excuses and not accepting her mistake. 16 cm and 7.6 cm it's a huge difference . I'll never go again for any of my pregnancy scan in sodani diagnostic.

Worst experience ever Call per bolte hai ki half an hour ki waiting rahegi or 2 to 3 hours wait karate hai. Worst service.

I came to your vijay nagar centre with my father for X-ray and they say staff is not available They are on the way so i waited but the technician was not there and my father is old age so i done the x-ray at another place and I'm not satisfied with their service, worst service.

These days Reports are not on time, patients has to wait late evening and after follow up they are getting report over their watsapp number. It should be send over cell phone on time.
