Worst, in case of management. We always takes prior appointment at-least a day before but they kept us waiting for hours. They give same time to everyone while booking appointment and then keep everyone waiting. On asking about the process, staff always says this is how we works. Today again, when we were in queue, a lot of patients were already waiting. All of them got the same appointment time. Most of them were pregnant ladies and it was really difficult for them. Really pathetic.

Bahut ghatiya service ek din phele dr ka pricecription dekhne ke baad bhi in logo ko ye nhi pata tha ki khali pet checkup karna hain or direct bola liya or yaha akar bhi 2 hrs wait karaya gaya or check karne se phele inhe ye bhi nhi pata kya karna hota hain galti kar di yaha checkup kara ke

Third class bakwaas service kabbi nhi jane kaaa time waste

Ghatiya service appointment ka matalab tak nhi smjte he ye log 6 day pehl ka appointment diya he 10.30 ka or 2 baj tak bhi sonography nhi hui so bed service pregnant ladies ko itna whating nahin karna karvana chahie

I honestly wish I could give a negative rating. They don’t understand the meaning of “appointment” at all. You need to book one a week in advance, and even then you end up sitting there from morning till evening. They have no respect for the patient’s time or situation. Especially Dr. Surabhi C. Sharma – she is a doctor, but her behavior is highly unprofessional. Just to entertain her child who returned from school, she went upstairs and kept us waiting for another 30–45 minutes. Before that, they had already made us wait from 11:00 AM to 5:45 PM just for a sonography and its report. To cover this up, she claims it’s “for the baby’s well-being,” as if she knows the exact time the baby will move or when she will get the perfect image. I didn’t argue out of respect for her profession, but she clearly believes she is always right, no matter what. This entire experience was disgusting and careless – especially from Dr. Surabhi.

This doctor makes people wait for a very long time. Everyone is given the same appointment time. Here, people have to wait for up to two hours, yet no consideration is given to the patients. There is an excessive amount of waiting, and even after waiting for so long, sometimes the doctor doesn't even see the patients.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Surbhi. She listens to patients patiently and conducts the sonography in a very calm and thorough manner, ensuring everything is done properly.
