I had a great time at the familycare centre. dr surabhi madam explained each n everything about my scan very well and it really helped me a lot.The staff were committed to there work and were very friendly, and most importantly, the place is clean and very well maintained in this covid situation..

We have got done all of our patient's pregnancy sonograhy like NT Scan, Target scan , Growth scan and at the end Doppler here at Family Care diagnostic center. We are quite impressed and satisfied with the quality of imaging, supporting staff and quality of report.. We recommend family Care diagnostic centre to all, for any type of sonography and ultrasound... The only thing is that sometimes there may be rush in the centre but it is balanced by quality imaging and completeness of the reporting by Dr Surabhi Sharma ma'am...

Dr. Surbhi Sharma is quite good and she is too nice to patient.She is doing justification to her job. She explains everything in scan as well.Excellent experience. Her staff is also too good and nice.

Imaandari se bolu toh inka managment bohot kharab hai. Subah 8.30 ka appointment de kar do-do ghante wait krwate hai. Tab hi jaao agar aap mahaa fokat , mahaa faltu ho.. aapke paas koi kaam dhaam naa ho only then go for this diagnostic centre. Doc bhale hi achhe ho pura time dete ho lekin inka staff pata nahi kitna extra time leta hai.. har time log waiting me hi dikhenge. They need to understand that not everyone is free like them. We also have our commitments to work upon. They simply waste everyones time by calling people , way to early than the exact time. Suggestion to patients : jo b time mile uske dedh ghante baad hi jaana.

My wife had an appointment scheduled for 8:45 AM on July 25, 2024. It's now 10:28 AM, and she's still waiting for her turn. She works in IT production support, where time is crucial. That's why we booked this appointment five days in advance and emphasized the importance of punctuality. Unfortunately, it seems they lack professional courtesy and don't value our time. हिंदी अनुवाद: मेरी पत्नी के लिए 25 जुलाई, 2024 को सुबह 8:45 बजे का अपॉइंटमेंट निर्धारित था। अब सुबह 10:28 बजे हैं, और वह अभी भी अपनी बारी का इंतजार कर रही है। वह आईटी प्रोडक्शन सपोर्ट में काम करती है, जहां समय महत्वपूर्ण है। इसीलिए हमने यह अपॉइंटमेंट पांच दिन पहले ही बुक कर लिया और समय की पाबंदी के महत्व पर जोर दिया। दुर्भाग्य से, ऐसा लगता है कि उनमें पेशेवर शिष्टाचार की कमी है और वे हमारे समय को महत्व नहीं देते।

The worst possible diagnositc center , went for a simple USG local swelling. ( Right foot MTP joint - for those who dont know , it doesnt take 2hours to do that ) We sat there for 2 hours patiently , and we even offered to come back later but they made us sit . Then i had some urgent errand to complete so we offered to come back tomorrow. When my parents went there they again made them sit again. First - they take around 2-3 hours for 1 USG. ( tells about the conpetency of the radiologist ) 2nd - they literally make you wait for 2-3 hours for a simple USG local swelling. 3rd - the audacity and the tongue on the counter guy is hideous he threw out two 75 yrs old people with such indignity 4- i highly suspect the doctor’s competency as well if she cannot do a simple pregnancy- dating / target / antenatal USG in 2-3 hours then its a complete waste of a degree. 5th - the whole center doesnt know how to talk to and how to treat elderly people , the counter guy shouted at my 75 yr old father and mother . clearly tells about their upbringing and the values they have received. WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST *NOT TO GO HERE* FOR ANY KIND OF INVESTIGATION. IF YOU HAVE 3 HOURS - 2 DAYS TO SPARE THEN PLEASE DO.

Best diagnostic center of South indore in terms of quality, providing same standard as in metro city Worth the wait on meeting doctor as she explains everything politely. Staff Mr Kush is very helpful and polite.. Overall satisfactory experience, I would recommend Family Care diagnostic center to all.
