My father was deducted with covid 19 symptoms and we stay in bhilwara, rajasthan. For the intinal 4 days we tried with our local doctor but he was damn busy and didnt able to respond on time, because of that the testing and the medication was not going on proper time. After that my sister who stays in indore suggested for care buddy and from there things just turnaround there team was so easily reachable even in this difficult time that its the key service which i will appreciate the most. On daily basis Dr. Priynka called my father at least twice a day and on the top of it she was always available on whatsapp as well as whenever I called she responded instantly. Even if there was delay from our end to send the vitals there reminder was always on time. After getting in touch with them my father got a all together new energy which was not at all before. As he was confident that even if anything happens the doctor team is with us to guide on time to time basis. Even after he got well still they were in regular touch for the health updates. Today I have competed 14 days isolation ever since I have been impacted with Covid. I am much better now and recovering well. I am ever so grateful to Carebuddy team specially Dr Priyanka for guiding me all through and providing me right medicine right suggestion on time. I was COVID positive and came to know about Care Buddy and got added to group. The whole team is dedicatedly working to treat people urgently and with all protocol.
