Very bad experience...my advice to all to prefer other clinics instead of wasting ur time here... Surgeon do not value patients time n suggest medicines and injections that are not available in their chemist not even in near by shops ...chemist even handover expired medicine without checking dates ...even complaints are not taken seriously here ....pathetic experience...100times better doctor and clinics available in indore ..geniun advice ...hope my genuin review with help those who value their time and health

My wife and myself started showing early symptoms of Covid around last week of April'21. With limited access to any medical service we panicked and a friend recommended to reach out to carebuddy as their team was helping patients during these challenging times. A quick video call with their team of experienced doctors and they immediately recommended to start the medication. Apart from the fact that they were quick to respond so far the experience was similar to visiting a doctor, but what truly set them apart is the follow up. We were sending our vital stats daily at regular intervals and we were getting constant feedback every single time we shared any information. There were times when we forgot to send the information and we were sent reminders by Carebuddy team to send the vital stats. I have never experienced such attention and care from any medical establishment. Medical industry is getting more and more commercialised and doctors are losing the connect with their patients, it's heartwarming to see an institute which still cares about its patients with such attention.

Dear CAREBUDDY team, I and my father were tested positive for Coronavirus on 17th April. We panicked. The symptoms were fever and cough for both of us. I tried contacting many doctors on call/online but the response was either slow or they did not respond at all. After many calls I got added to CAREBUDDY group via FITTR. Dr. Priyanka Mahawar ma'am was very quick to respond and I received my first call from her within minutes. She explained us what to do and what not to very calmly. She would monitor our vitals thrice a day and would respond to every message/queries we had. My father's Oxygen level had dipped to 90 and it was her timely suggestions that I got him admitted. She would constantly ask about me and my father's well being and would make us comfortable every time we panicked. Now after 14-15 days we both are healthy.
