After test, they promised for free consultation and diet plan , but they did not provide it, I called them many times but they only said that they will solve my problem, "Tomorrow is your appointment, we will call you " ...I waited whole day , but koi call ni aya 🙄 if you can't provide the facility then don't mention it …

Amazing experience and staff is tooo good

My booking number with Redcliffe Labs was 7207574. I had ordered a home blood collection - SHOCKING experience..! They sent a guy (poor hygiene & look inexperienced) who did-not know how to draw blood. 1> He went for the wrong vein 2> He withdrew the needle inserted again somewhere else 3> He then changed my hand - still he could not find artery /blood - It left me bleeding & with pain. The blood collection guy seemed more like a farmer than a technician. He got scared and ran away after 3rd attempt - the customer service said another guy will come in 30 mins. no body came. FRAUD Alert - Please stay away, don't go for CHEAP prices - they can be fake

Worst experience with Redcliffe Labs. Me and my wife both have horrible experience. They committed 15 hrs TAT for fever package and not able to share the report for Dengu after 30hrs. Every minute is so critical. Docs are also not able available now a days. We called multiple times to customer support and requested but no positive outcome. They have to take serious action. They can not play with anyone’s health. after taking good amount of charges/money. I seriously not recommend to anyone for Redcliffe Lab. A BIG NO and RED FLAG to Redcliffe Labs . Thanks

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Today I went for the test which was discounted as then that rude receptionist and one more staff suddenly asked for full amount which I declined. They started misbehaving so I cancel my test. Dr. Lal path is much better.

Worst reporting as I got same tests which were shown as derranged in another lab, which came normal. It's a scam with less amount for packages to attract people. Lady by name Pashu is horrible. She wil irritate a lot. Better not to book in this app..

The home sample collection was quick and clean. The technician wore gloves, sanitized everything, and behaved professionally. Got the report the same day! What I love most is punctuality. The technician arrived exactly on time, and the report was sent to my email before the expected time.

I think they are using used needles to collect blood samples. They are collecting blood from vacutainer not from syringe..Feeling anxious after giving sample...
