Before they good service but when again we ordered they not fullfilled there commitment on time of report delivery. Will not recommend.

The worst experience first and last time given twice urine sample and again third time me for resample is it a joke or what report are late in simple urine test thy are calling and saying to give resample already given i dont want to resolve my concerns and dont call als

Booking a test was easy via the app and the technician followed all safety protocols.the report came the same day.perfect timing..

Its fraud. They are advetising for full body check up for 399 & taking just double. Also the samples taken on 16th April 2022 and today asked me for resampling. When I asked refund than again I got a call that 2 persons samples got tested & for 1 person resampling to be done. Also not yet got any email for reports & nor got refund. All persons are saying that we are from sales and on my behalf I request you to calm down and definately you will get a call. But till now I have not got call & refund. Got information today from a Redcliffe Lab franchise owner that he also believes that there is something wrong in the testing reports. It is totally fraud. When I gave comments on Face book, they deleted whole post. Beware All.

It was good experience Technician was well trained But still we have not received receipt of payment done. Technician had assured me that he will send it with online report .

Perfect best service till now as requested the person reached here within 10 minute .well trained to take blood sample very smoothly .seems perfect staff .let's hope for correct reports

Its been pathetic service given by Redcliff Indore MP. I had given my blood and urine sample for full body and Urine culture test on 18th July22. But yet to get my full report. I chased multiple times but till date didn’t get my complete report. Lab even lost my sample and they did resampling again. Still did not get reports on stipulated time period. When I asked for refund then in hurry they gave fake culture report and sugar report is pending yet. Sugar report hardly takes a days time however in my case its been pending for over a week now. The worst thing is that if you follow up much then they provide any fake report. Never experienced such bad and inhuman practive before. My surgery operation was scheduled and I had to reschedule it because of pathetic service. You guys are playing with life of patients.
