There was no proper communication or explanation for the delay. What makes this worse is that my wife was instructed to arrive with a full bladder for the scan. She has been sitting here in discomfort for more than an hour, which is completely unreasonable. Patients who are already unwell should not be made to suffer due to poor scheduling and lack of coordination. I had to take one hour of leave from my office specifically for this appointment, and now I am getting delayed for no fault of ours. If appointment times are given, they should be honored. This experience reflects poor management and a lack of respect for patients’ time and health.
