Very poor customer service. The blood collection boy was suppose to come by 8 am. It is 9.30 no message. The lab did not pic the call. After 9 they pick the call but no feed back It is understood there may be problem with collection boy or lab but Customer needs to be informed. Very unprofessional service.

I would like to appreciate both of these guys Dr. Suyash Saxena Miss Diksha Patidar who assisted me in amazing way. I would surely suggest the name of this place to others to get best medical assistance.

Dr suyash saxena is a gentleman person. And staff is too supportive and motivates the patient for there health. If any one wants to consult for radiologist. This is the perfect centre.

Worst management ever. Their on call doctor doesnt come on time , patient is suffering and the staff is sitting idle just delaying even more and even after booking a proper appointment they attended 1 hour late and on top of that the on duty staff went on lunch break without giving reports. Don’t choose this center for any report making, you will waste time and money.

I had an excellent experience at the hospital for my sonography. Dr. Suryash Saxena was professional, thorough, and made the entire process very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We went to get our daughter’s CBC test done, but the staff was so unprofessional. They pricked her twice but still couldn’t collect the blood sample. The service was extremely poor.
