Worst management, everyone who comes to the medical center has some or other emergency, someone has now and few may get any minute. That why appointments gets booked and they need to process as per the booked slot. But the management here clearly misses to understand to that, the staff here says aapne kahi bahar se book Kiya hoga hamse baat nahi Hui hogi, when showed the details then they agreed yes it was booked but did not take the patient in had to wait 1.5 hrs for the turn which not given at the first place as per appointment and again taken in some other petaint, if you all can not handle 3 MRI booking and schedule them as per given appointment time then I believe that you all should close the center.

Very unprofessional lab. For Every test we have to push. My mother’s doctor recommended around 9 test and they have done only 3 and when I asked them than they told that they forgot about 6 other test and also for echo Doppler we have waited more than 2 hours as they don’t have their own doctor else they call him from somewhere else and the staff was so insensitive towards a heart patient (my mother) who has gone through bypass surgery 30 days back and they don’t even care what patient is feeling. Or staff bahut hi uneducated hai, apas me baate or majak masti karte rehte or file par koi dhyan nahi deta or jab bolo ki test karne hai to koi bhi jisko poora procedure nahi pata wo aake test kar deta hai or kuch samajh na aaye to call karke poochte hai ki ye kese karna hai… Also They are overcharging for test so I recommend not to visit and go else where

Bahut achhi lab hai. Staff kaafi polite aur cooperative hai. Sample collection bhi achhe se kiya aur report time par mil gayi. Service aur cleanliness dono achhe hain. Highly recommended

If review have zero rating then I will give zero rating to this lab. If koi review dekhkr jana prefer krrha h toh pls mat jana specially if in case of child or infant. Hum 1.5 year ke bache ko lekr gaye sbse phle toh staff ko kuch aata nahi unko proper sampling nahi aata without belt lagakr wo sampling krte h aur bache ka sample 3 br m liya unko bs apne apne phone chalane se mtlb hai not for patients. They don't take any patients seriously. Wo sample le hi nahi paye toh ek test reh gaya uske refund ke liye humne 7-8 br call aur msg kiye bs wo log subh aayega sham ko aayega krte rhte h refund abhi tak nahi kiya. Humne wala hamare sth sth dusre patients ko b preshn hote dekha and pregnant lady also. So pls don't go and management and owner ko improve Krna chahiye ya fir yeh lab band krdena cchiye. And also change your staff with professional of medical field. People don't go if your doctor suggest you hum bhi dr ke suggestion se aaye the pr bht regret hua.🙏
