मैं अपने पिताजी के ECG, Echo और TMT टेस्ट कराने आज इस पैथोलॉजी में गया था और मेरा अनुभव संतोषजनक नहीं रहा। सबसे पहले ECG एक काउंटर पर बैठने वाली मैम ने किया, जो प्रोफेशनल ECG टेक्नीशियन नहीं लग रही थीं। मुझे संदेह है कि क्या वह इस तरह की मेडिकल जांच करने के लिए पूरी तरह क्वालिफाइड थीं। Echo टेस्ट ठीक तरीके से हो गया, लेकिन TMT टेस्ट के दौरान काफी समस्याएँ हुईं। हम सुबह लगभग 10:30 बजे पहुँच गए थे और पहले ही पूरा पेमेंट कर दिया था, फिर भी जब हम 12 बजे के लगभग TMT के लिए इन्हीं की ही दूसरी ब्रांच गए वहां हमें लगभग 1:30 घंटे तक इंतजार करना पड़ा ओर ऐसा लग रहा था कि वहां का स्टाफ हमारा समय कुछ ना कुछ बोल कर निकलवा रहे थे जबकि वहां पहुंचने वाले पहले मरीज हम ही थे क्योंकि वहाँ डॉक्टर उपलब्ध नहीं थे तो हमें लंबा इंतजार करना पड़ा। जब TMT करने वाले व्यक्ति आए तो वे किसी अनुभवी डॉक्टर की बजाय एक सामान्य टेक्नीशियन या डॉक्टर के असिस्टेंट जैसे लग रहे थे। इसके अलावा TMT मशीन को उन्हें चालू करने में काफी परेशानी हो रही थी। ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे वे उस मशीन से ज्यादा परिचित नहीं थे। जांच के दौरान भी उनके पास लगातार फोन कॉल आते रहे और लगभग आधे घंटे में उन्होंने 10–12 कॉल्स अटेंड किए, जबकि वे टेस्ट भी कर रहे थे। इस तरह की स्थिति में उनका पूरा फोकस मरीज की जांच पर होना मुश्किल है, जिससे गलत रिपोर्ट आने का भी खतरा हो सकता है। यहां हमारी जांचें तो सभी होगई पर मन में 1 संकोच सा रह गया। मेरा सुझाव है कि इस तरह की महत्वपूर्ण कार्डियक जांचें केवल प्रशिक्षित और योग्य प्रोफेशनल्स से ही कराई जानी चाहिए और डॉक्टर की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए, ताकि मरीजों की सुरक्षा और भरोसा बना रहे।

Inefficient. No professionalism. Getting results on very delay. Better to go government hospital or any other place as compared to this. You will get result after the death of patient.

Citymeds Diagnostic Centre Indore has a big problem. The wait time is very long. I went there and had to wait for hours. It made me very frustrated. The staff did not help much, and it felt like I was forgotten. This is not good for patients who need fast results. I do not want to go back because of the terrible wait time

City Meds Diagnostics is an excellent pathology lab that is easily accessible and well connected. The clean rooms and safe practices ensure a comfortable and secure experience for patients.
