Udhav Tour and Travels

I have used their services for picking and dropping of my guests and overall experience is good. Driver was very punctual and supportive.

Extremely terrible service! While we were on the way, both my sisters had severe loose motions and urgently needed clothes from the bag. However, the driver outright refused to take the bag down and started speaking rudely. He arrogantly said, "Should I keep taking the bag down again and again? Is that my only job?" When my wife politely explained that he should help in an emergency, he misbehaved with her too and even threatened, "Don't show your Delhi attitude here, or I'll beat you right here!" To make matters worse, the driver was driving extremely recklessly at night on a one-way road, speeding 100-120 km/h, making dangerous overtakes and putting everyone's safety at risk. On top of that, he was on the phone throughout the journey, completely ignoring his responsibility as a driver. Not only that, but throughout the trip, the driver kept troubling us with several other small issues, making the journey even more stressful. Listing every single instance here is not possible, but his overall behavior was unprofessional, rude, and highly frustrating. It is completely unacceptable to hire such ill-mannered, irresponsible, and insensitive drivers who act more like goons than professionals. Keeping such people in service is a disgrace and a serious threat to passengers’ safety!

Recently we went on tour to MP covering Indore, Ujjain and Mandu. We booked Uddhave Travels for local transport and sightseeing. Our group comprised of 8 senior citizens from Mumbai. We were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the way Uddhav travels especially Mr. Deepak and Mr. Rahul took our care. They very well know problems faced by seniors and especially ladies & hence planned all stopovers carefully and meticulously. Mr. Deepak would accompany us to all sites and help us identify the most recommended activity to do, eatery to indulge or location to visit. I would like to mention a particular incidence. Midway on the way to Devas Mata Mandir, we had a Tyre burst. In less than an hour Mr. Rahul & of course Uddhave Travels, arranged for 2 ac vehicles and ensured that our day was not wasted. We would strongly recommend Uddhave travels for your MP Plans. We absolutely appreciate Mr. Deepak’s efforts in ensuring that we had a memorable time in MP. We look forward to another trip with Uddhave Travels and wish all the best with blessings. Vikas Gore. 22/03/20

Two years back,we had hired a vehicle from Udhav Tours and travels for Madhya Pradesh tour. They have provided very good and reliable services. This time we had planned for Gujarat trip and with the old very good experience,we again asked them for the services. They have gone out of the and agreed to provide the services. They provided a very good vehicle and with reliable and experience driver Yogesh. We are very happy with their services and will definitely recommend. In our future trips anywhere in India,we will give first preference to them.

We had engaged a 20 seater Luxury Tempo Traveller for our 6 day tour of Indore, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Mandu, Ujjain, Sanchi and Bhopal from 4th to 9th February 2024. Since all the passengers were senior citizens, we required a well maintained TT and a driver. Udhav tour and travels provided a good vehicle along with a good Driver Dinesh. Driver Dinesh was very soft spoken and an experienced driver and knew the area thoroughly. He made every moment of our journey in Madhya Pradesh most memorable. During the last seven days, he became a part of our family group and planned our trip meticulously. He was very punctual and gave advises whenever required. We are extremely thankful to Udhav Travels for the excellent service rendered to make our travel in MP memorable. We would like to utilse your services during our next visit to MP. Wish you all the Best Satish and Group
