Unprofessional owner. Not polite with customers. Paid for AC car. But the driver would always switch the AC off if there was traffic. He sought his comfort over customer's comfort

We only hired Udhav Tour and Travels for 2 day temple tour. Our tour guide, Deepak was excellent and made our stay more special and wanted us to come back sooner. We will plan to stay in indore Reap longer next time and will certainly use Udhav tour and travels again for their professionalism and satisfied service. We hired Tempo Traveller for Ujjain and Omkareswar trip for 2 days. Mr Rahul was quite supportive and customer centric since the time we booked. I travelled with my family and relatives to ujjain to onkareswer and return trip without any information regarding the city. I approached udhav travels before the journey started and Mr.rahul made sure to answer all of my queries timely and with patience. When We arrived travellers bus was at the railway station even before that! The owners are courteous and helpful in nature. They kept track of our well being throughout. I travelled with my sister to Indore without any information regarding the city. I approached udhav travels before the journey started and Mr.Deepak made sure to answer all of my queries timely and with patience. We arrived 40 mins early but the taxi was at the airport even before that! The owners are courteous and helpful in nature. They kept track of our well being throughout. We did not need a guide thanks to Mr.Shubham who was driving the taxi and had vast knowledge of all the destinations we visited. We had a wonderful time at Indore. Our Group of 10 friends from Ahmedabad were on Trip to Indore, Mahakaleshwar, Mandav, Maheshwar, Omkareshwar. We booked the Tempo in Indore and within 45 min Driver came to us with tempo. Best Service; On Time; Very Genuine Driver and Interior of Bus was also good and clean also. Thank You.

Worst service...Don't book taxi from this udhav tour and travels even if they provide you free of cost....They sublet their booked sevice after taking their commission and they don't care after. You go to hell from there side after taking advance payment. Now I am sharing my experience. We have hired Innova cresta for 3 days to travel omkareshwar and Ujjain with my family . Driver Suresh pawar called us and asked timing for picking up from hotel and we delayed 15 min from said timings, driver yelled at us. After that we started our journey and he refused to start music. In evening he didn't start heater even after multiple requests. In evening, he denied to take us local shop. During next day to our ujjian tour , he misguided us a lot and result of this we didn't cover up any other place except Mahakal darshan. At the last day as we have to free the driver in the night around 11.30 p.m. but he again started yelling and misbehaving for free around 6.30 p.m. However, we made him free around 7.30 p.m....Now., we made him the balance payment as decided during booking but again he has asked us Rs 3000 more for unknown reasons and started misbehaving. We called this udhav tour and travels personnel and discussed the issue and he said you don't have to make any extra payment, i am calling driver. We had waited for 30 minutes but he didn't call the driver. Driver continuously misbehaving us. So finally we had to paid driver Rs 2000 extra. I am again advising everyone, please don't take service from this, otherwise your whole tour will be ruined like us and you will end up paying extra amount as driver is local. Go to guy for all your travel needs. I was a bit skeptical to let my mother go for a tour during these tough times. But Mr.Deepak made sure that every bit of my questions were answered properly and provide the best in class service. My mother and Aunt reach Indore from goa 40 mins before time but the cab had reached the airport an hour earlier! Can you imagine a taxi coming before time? Professional service and best in class car! Mr.Shubham who was drove the taxi through the tour was courteous and had vast knowledge of every destination they visited. Calm, helpful and supportive.
