Worst Travel Experience – Luxe Comfort Travels (Vietnam Package) One of my friends recently visited Vietnam with a tour package from Luxe Comfort Travels, and it was a complete disaster. They charged ₹1,03,000 per person (single sharing) and still did not include flight tickets from Bhopal to Delhi, nor did they inform this clearly before booking. On 25th January, the group had a 12:00 AM flight and reached Vietnam around 5:00 AM. After traveling the whole night, they were shocked to hear that no hotel room or fresh-up facility was provided. The tour operator said the room would be available only after 2:00 PM and forced them to go directly for sightseeing — no rest, no washroom, no basic hospitality. When they contacted Luxe Comfort Travels for help, the response was extremely unprofessional. They were bluntly told to book a room using their own money. This is unacceptable when such a high amount is charged. On the 4th day, while shifting to another city, the entire day was wasted at the airport due to poor planning and zero coordination. There was no proper management, no guidance, and no care for travelers, especially when the package was booked for 7 girls. This was the worst tour experience ever. Very disappointing service, lack of transparency, and no responsibility taken by the travel company. Strong advice: Before booking any package with Luxe Comfort Travels, ask every single detail in writing — flights, early check-in, fresh-up facilities, transfers, and daily plans. Otherwise, you may face the same horrible experience. ⭐ Not recommended at all.

So, I started my journey with Luxe Comfort Travels with an itinerary to Char Dham Uttarakhand for my family of 6 persons (parents, parents-in-law and aunt) all senior citizens. With so many options around, I was apprehensive of what might it have in store for us, the first being what sort of vehicle they would provide for us. However, we were amazed with the kind of Traveller they provided that too at a place like Uttarakhand. It was a very posh vehicle with leatherette seats and with curtains and space for our luggage. Secondly, the hotels that were booked were all very classy and had buffet options as well. Every arrangement was done keeping in mind comfort of the pilgrims. Vidhi, the coordinator was available 24*7 and handled everything very calmly. On certain occasions when I was really tensed of outcomes, she said it’s all under control and was extremely helpful. Coming to Darshan at all Char Dhams, everything went perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip of 11 days. I am booking my second trip with Luxe currently and am sure they will be my go-to tour organisers in future as well! Kudos team, keep it up 😊
