Hi Guys… First week of November 2025, we have travel to Kerala… me, my wife and my 10 years old son with Trip Oscio. Our Kerala trip with Trip Oscio. was absolutely wonderful! Everything was well thought out, covering Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey smoothly. Hotels were clean and comfortable, the cab driver Mr. SIJO was polite and knowledgeable, and the Trip Oscio Staff Mr. Devesh Jha was always just a call away for any assistance. We really appreciate his professionalism and personal touch. Would love to travel again with them!

Disorganized and poorly managed The tour arrangements were disappointing Despite booking the package well in advance, there was a significant issue with the hotel stay—check out reminder wasn’t given prior notice. Hotel staff informed 1 hr prior about checkouts This forced us to pay extra for a late checkout, with zero support or follow-up from the travel agency. Additionally, the Abu Dhabi city tour was rushed, and we missed attractions like Ferrari World due to poor scheduling. While the itinerary promised a smooth experience, the management failed to deliver on their commitments. Improvements in communication and planning are sorely needed.
