we traveled to Bali for nine days with Tripocio Travels. The trip was incredibly well-planned. Everything was managed efficiently and expertly, from hotel accommodations and airport transportation to excursions and local cooperation.

We recently traveled to Ujjain , Omkareshwar, maheshwar and indore with Tripocio, and the experience was fantastic. manjari medam , the travel executive, provided excellent support, from creating a well-planned itinerary . The hotels were comfortable and met our expectations, and the entire trip went as planned. The cabs arranged for commuting were spacious, clean, and made our travel hassle-free. Many thanks to our taxi driver Neeraj Dubey who gave us such a wonderful trip. very good knowledge of all the places and also drive very well. Overall, the seamless planning and execution made the trip memorable. We were impressed with the service and would definitely consider Tripocio for our next vacation. We wanted to spend Diwali holidays in Kerala and contacted Tripocio Carnival. It turned out to a big and expensive mistake for us! Let me start with the good part first: Jimmy Arya, Tripocio's holiday manager - He is patient, polite, and suggested different options for our Kerala tour. He also booked our stay in clean, good hotels. We also got a well-mannered driver, Vishnu, for the duration of our trip. Unfortunately, here comes the ugly part! Tripocio believes this is where their responsibility ends. They handed us a whatsApp msg of the tourist spots and left us to fend on our own in an unfamiliar place and unknown language. Here's a list of all the places and experiences we MISSED! . Athirapally waterfalls - reason - Entry stopped due to rains a few days ago . Boating at Matupetty Dam - reason - Stopped due to rains a few days ago . Wildlife spotting on Periyar lake - Stopped due to rains a few days ago . Jatayu Earth Centre - reason - we reached at the wrong time. The wait time was over four hours long. . Darshan at Padmanabhaswamy temple - reason - we weren't updated on the timings. Places that were 'Waste of Money' . Echo Point - Shabby place, no boating...we found out only after reaching there! Varkala beach - Crowded; no water sport in the part of beach our driver took us to. Tripocio, and their local vendor, gave us no info on the timings, didn't update us on the changes to entry or activities at the said locations. And didn't bother to offer alternatives. As a result, I and family, spent the majority of our trip- travelling on the road from location to location; and sleeping in hotel rooms. I approached them after reading great reviews here, but learned it the hard way. Be careful when you approach them for Kerala tour.
