We got different vehicle than the photo shown earlier, we cancelled the same and demanded half advance refund. Company staff said they will call back etc but never received any response.
Dhanraj ji and Dilip ji were our drivers from Indore to Hyderabad, they both were excellent! The entire journey was smooth, quick and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend Nitya tours and travels. Amazing service 💯 …
Excellent service. The car was very comfortable. Sharwan Ji was our driver and is a good, knowledgeable person.
Jyothi Maam helped us coordinate a wonderful trip from indore to dhar and ujjain over 2 days. Mr Navin bhaiya was a exceptional driver, very friendly and helpful and the car provided was great quality
We had booked a cab for 9 days for an MP trip covering Indore, Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Bhopal, Sanchi and Satpura. We had a wonderful experience - good and knowledgeable driver who was helpful throughout the trip. Even the vehicle was in a great condition and we had no issues at all. Overall an awesome experience.
We recently (March, 2026) hired a vehicle with a driver from Nitya Tour & Travels, Indore for a religious tour around Indore, covering Ujjain, Maheshwar, and Omkareshwar. The experience was wonderful, with smooth darshan at two revered Jyotirlingas. The tour was extremely well-organized, and the travel agent's service was excellent. Our driver was polite and drove safely, adding to our comfort. Ms. Jyoti Yadav was also quite polite, and her guidance was invaluable. She was available throughout the tour, ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we strongly recommend Nitya Travels to anyone planning a trip around Indore.
When I first contacted Ms Jyothi Yadav ma’am, her response in the first instance is so cordial and we were so happy and decided to go to trip with Nitya Travels We informed that we are senior citizen ladies and requested for a good driver. They sent driver Mr Dhanraj who is very responsive and gave us good and comfortable drive Once again thank you Ms Jyothi Yadav ma’am and Nitya Travels
