They ran away in the middle of the event. They even do not have proper professional people who can handle the proper event. They really messed up our event from December 3 to 6 and in the end without letting us they all ran away like criminals. The events by definition it was far away from their scope and understating. Their service was very poor, they do not know how to do the job. The staff was so young they were only on their phone chilling. Absolutely no coordination between them. They had no idea which room is where or where is what and we not even willingly to help the elders. The check in process was also very poor and time consuming. No coordination between them. They were young kids not fit to be in event business as they are not yet mature enough. Don’t choose this event company. And they ran away middle of the event. Just that wanted to earn.
