They were part of my wedding hospitality, logistics. They surely have connections with good artists but they played a waiting game with us because in wedding time is always decreasing and they try to capitalise on it but in the end they try to do it with us who have created this game. They also used our concepts and decoration without our permission which they were not part of to promote their business. Mrs.Khushboo never ever try to get personal with my family and me.

Our experience with Milaap for our wedding planning fell short of our expectations. Firstly, we found the overall cost of Milaap's services to be significantly higher than anticipated. Secondly, the designated Groom's Shadow proved unreliable, ceasing communication and offering limited assistance when needed. Furthermore, the presence of actual Milaap members at the event was lacking, and the limited on-site team members were not adequately equipped to address unforeseen issues. We expected an event planner to secure favorable vendor deals, yet the suggested vendors consistently offered prices exceeding their standard rates. This necessitated significant independent effort from our end to resolve various challenges. Additionally, the management of essential items like pooja materials and varmalas was inadequate, with some items going missing. The car pick-up service was also poorly organized and created unnecessary chaos. Our primary objective in hiring an event planner was to alleviate the stress on my parents during the wedding preparations. However, despite significant financial investment and considerable time and energy dedicated to the planning process, my parents ultimately found themselves heavily involved in resolving unforeseen issues. Overall, we are dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Milaap.
