Great management from the Ankit, Khushboo and Milaap Wedding team. The teams hardwork seamlessly executed our event from start to finish. I had a great experience working with the team. The management team is very professional and organized, and they did a great job handling our event. The event went smoothly and according to plan, and I was very impressed with the coordination from the team from the initial planning stage till the end of the events. Ankit , Khushboo and the team worked tirelessly and were always available to answer any questions/ concerns and cater any last minute changes which we had. They also came up with amazing ideas and solution catering our needs for the event which the the overall event a big success. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Ankit, Khushboo and Milaap Weddings and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great event management company.

Title: Horrible Experience on Our Wedding Day Mr. Makhwana /Milaap ruined our wedding day. Not only did they stop preparations on the day of the wedding, but they also threatened us if we didn’t pay the balance amount despite having a contractual agreement in place with a defined payment schedule. Their unprofessionalism caused unnecessary stress, and we were forced to manage everything ourselves. Completely unethical and not worth the trouble. Avoid them at all costs.He is the most irritating, unorganised and unprofessional wedding planner any family could ask for. Rather than providing us with different ideas for the occasion, it was the family who had to push him to provide us the alternatives and despite that the family also had to explore alternatives on their own given the extremely restrictive conditions being offered by the vendors selected by Mr. Makhwana. Preferably would have given 0 stars but google doesn’t allow me to do that.

Mr. Makhwana and Milaap single-handedly orchestrated an unparalleled disaster on our wedding day, transforming what should have been a joyous celebration into a living nightmare. Their shocking incompetence and unprofessionalism reached its peak when they shamelessly halted preparations on the very day of the wedding, blatantly disregarding our clear contractual agreement and meticulously followed payment schedule. Instead of fulfilling their responsibilities, they resorted to intimidation and outright threats, demanding full payment as leverage. This appalling behavior left us scrambling, forced to salvage what was left of our special day with no support or guidance. Mr. Makhwana’s complete lack of organizational skills and creativity only added to the chaos. Not only did he fail to contribute even the most basic ideas without constant prodding from our family, but his restrictive vendor choices pushed us to take matters into our own hands. Every interaction with him was a masterclass in chaos—stressful, disorganized, and riddled with unprofessionalism. The entire experience was a catastrophic ordeal, and we wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of this nightmare. If zero stars were an option, it still wouldn’t capture the sheer horror of our experience.

Such unprofessional conduct not only disrupted the event but also left us scrambling to ensure the celebration could proceed. The quality of the furniture and items provided by Mr. Makhwana’s team was appalling—substandard at best. We had to repeatedly point out issues and practically supervise them ourselves to ensure that everything remained functional and presentable. This lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable, especially for an event of this magnitude. Adding insult to injury, their complete absence during the occasion was a glaring sign of their unprofessionalism. Rather than overseeing the event to ensure smooth operations, the Makhwana duo seemed more focused on hastily collecting payments than fulfilling their responsibilities. Their conduct left us feeling abandoned, betrayed, and burdened with the responsibility of managing everything ourselves. If you’re considering hiring Mr. Makhwana or Milaap, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Their services are not just a waste of money—they’re a source of unnecessary stress and disappointment. Honestly, if zero stars were an option, they’d deserve less than that.
